Sprint Service is horrible

I am so tired of Sprint's horrible service. For the last 3 days I haven't had any service while at work. Yesteday my son's school called to tell me he wasn't feeling well and I didn't get the message until the end of the day. I want out of this horrible contract. It's sad that i've been with them for 10 years and the service is trash.
